Make a proposal leadership

The rubric examines the business problem, tool selection, data and governance, success measures, implementation roadmap and plan after deployment. Your presentation also needs to explain the proposal clearly to an executive audience.
Use the guided assessment and revision process to strengthen your submission. Program leadership or a CAIO Fellow completes human review before approval and community sharing.

How long does it take?
The core program is self-paced. You work through eight curriculum areas and an applied capstone. Completion time depends on your starting point, project and revisions. Your enrollment conversation covers the workload and support available for your plan.
What do I submit for the capstone?
A written AI business proposal and a recorded presentation explaining your initiative. The proposal addresses the business case, success measures, data, tool or model choice, a minimum viable test and the plan after deployment. The program provides submission guidance and a review rubric.
How is the capstone assessed?
Guided assessment helps you revise the submission. Program leadership or a CAIO Fellow then reviews it for approval. The rubric examines both business reasoning and how clearly you communicate the proposal.
