3.1 Chief AI Officer Certification Program Refunds:
We offer a full, unconditional, “no questions asked” refund for the Chief AI Officer certification program within the first 60 days after purchase. The 60-day refund period begins from the date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@chiefaiofficer.com. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the initial purchase. Once approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
3.2 Refund Process:
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please reach out to support@chiefaiofficer.com for further assistance.
4.1 Chief AI Officer Certification Program Cancellations:
You may cancel your ongoing subscription to the Chief AI Officer certification program at any time by contacting us in writing at support@chiefaiofficer.com. Partial cancellations are not permitted; the entire subscription must be cancelled. There are no cancellation fees.
4.2 AI Insider Program Cancellations:
The AI Insider program offers a 14-day trial for $1. If you cancel before the end of the 14-day period, no renewal will occur. If the subscription is not cancelled, it will automatically renew at the regular subscription rate after the trial period ends.
4.3 Post-Cancellation Access:
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the recordings of the 3-Day Challenge associated with your subscription.
5.1 Service Changes:
We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Website or its associated services at any time without prior notice. This includes adding or removing features, updating content, or making changes to pricing structures. Users will be notified of major changes, and refunds may be issued for services that are no longer available under specific circumstances.
6.1 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico.
7.1 Arbitration:
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree to settle any disputes with ChiefAIOfficer.com through arbitration conducted in Indiana, except in cases where legal remedies are available.
